Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or delay in supply from our own suppliers, insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to jedecoupe. In the event a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment methods: bank transfer or card payment (STRIPE depending on your response).
Delivery and Transport
Available items are shipped by post within approximately 3 to 5 days. A single shipping fee is charged per order. Delivery is available within Switzerland only – In France, each last Friday of the month.
PLEASE NOTE: jedecoupe does not deliver to P.O. boxes and does not deliver goods to minors or individuals under guardianship, unless written authorization is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Return or exchange
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective items. Any defect must be reported by email upon receipt of the order.
Legal warranty
Please inspect the condition of delivered goods immediately to exclude any obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as damage caused during transport. In accordance with the law, you are required to report any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods so that we may address it.
